free yourself.

eee guys i’m sorry i haven’t been posting!

been caught up in life i suppose.

however i’ve come to the conclusion that i’m going to be a vegetarian, and i’ve been true to it so far. ( 2 weeks and not meat!)

also i’ve been doing yoga every day and i’m actually starting to see results.

so now all i have to work on is motivating myself to start running, i am going swimming on friday though, so i’m pretty excited about that.

(:

anyways, i’m honestly typing this while i’m half awake, so i’ll just keep it short.

i hope you guys, are doing well and sticking to your routines!

PLEASE NOTE: these foods are not negative calorie in the sense that you will burn calories by eating them. It means that these foods are low cal enough that the digestion of them requires as much energy as you take in by eating them, making them virtually 0 calories.

OMG I DID NOT KNOW THAT………………………..

Negative calorie foods (even “net 0” calorie foods) are a myth. The calories needed to digest a food are already factored into their caloric content. No matter what type of food you eat, your body will only ever use a (very small) percentage of the calories that food provides for digestion. If a food used as many (or more) calories to digest it than it provided, it would not be considered food. Food exists to provide fuel as calories. Don’t get caught up in the “negative calorie” crap because it is completely untrue.

Even if they aren’t negative calorie, or 0 calorie, they are VERY low calorie and should be a part of your diet!:) They also have lots of vitamins and nutrients!

The Abs Have It
One of the biggest motivations for any workout is getting the ab definition of a goddess, but it’s pretty tough to navigate just how to get there. This crash course in washboard workouts will have you sweating and crunching in no time [and nearly all of them are free! More money for this, I suppose]. Enjoy!
